FAQ
Seven answers before you ask.
1. What size of project do you take on?
Anything from a 4-week MVP to multi-year platform engagements. Our sweet spot is a 3–6 month build of a single mobile product, or a longer-term publishing portfolio.
2. Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We are happy to sign your mutual NDA before we receive any confidential information, and we can also send our standard one-way NDA for inbound enquiries.
3. Do you work on a fixed-price or time-and-materials basis?
Both, depending on what the project needs. Fixed-price works for clearly scoped MVPs and well-defined features. Time-and-materials works for ongoing product development, ad operations and live-ops work.
4. Can you take over a half-built app?
Yes. We do code and architecture audits, and we are used to stepping into codebases built in Swift, Kotlin, React Native, Flutter and Unity. We will give you a clear, honest read on what is salvageable and what needs to be rebuilt.
5. How do you handle IP?
On custom builds, all IP created for your project is assigned to you on final payment, including source code, designs and documentation. We retain the right to use anonymized techniques and patterns in our portfolio.
6. Do you publish your own apps too?
Yes. We run a catalogue of casual games and utility tools on Google Play and the App Store. This keeps our team sharp on store policy and ASO, and it means the same engineers who ship your app also ship our own.
7. Can you help with App Store or Google Play rejections?
Yes. We handle appeal letters, guideline-mapping, metadata fixes and re-submissions. We can also do a pre-submission audit on an app you already have in flight.
